Requirements

  • BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
  • One year experience in Financial Services
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Perform timely reconciliations regarding Net Asset Values
  • Provide accounting reports
  • Communicate transactions associated with the fund(s) to investment managers
  • Work closely with internal and external clients to provide accurate and thorough accounting packages
  • Coordinate and support year-end audit engagements in accordance with GAAP accounting standards
  • Perform due-diligence to ensure clients are in compliance with government laws and regulations
  • Correspond with external investment managers regarding day-to-day fund inquiries (fee payments, cash position breaks, and reconciliations)
  • Attend and participate in IMS and corporate professional development sessions to identify process improvements
  • Partner with a diverse team and grow your career
