Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience writing JavaScript and a history of using TypeScript in production, along with knowledge of Vue.js or the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Strong visual and written communication skills are required, as well as expertise in test-driven development and automated testing, and understanding of git and Github workflows. Experience with backend software development, Go programming language, data modeling, microservices architectures, and distributed systems is beneficial. Experience with NGINX/OpenResty/Kong/LuaJIT is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Fullstack Engineer will design and implement frontend solutions to technical problems, troubleshoot and resolve backend service issues, collaborate with other teams to deliver technical solutions and a consistent user experience, and deliver high-quality software through automated testing. They will also support production by participating in an on-call rotation and develop, troubleshoot, and maintain backend services that power the Kong Konnect Platform when needed.
