Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of new features and improvements in our Ruby on Rails application
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code across the stack
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams to understand real-world customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
Own the quality, performance, and scalability of the application as we grow
Contribute to code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decisions
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the product and user experience
