Vantive Technology (aka “Vantive”) is a stealth incubation within the Red Cell Partners’ ecosystem. Vantive provides users with a new vantage from which to understand their industrial capacity, founded on rigorous quantitative analysis. Our AI/ML technology enables decision-makers to integrate and assess demand signals across the global industrial base to optimize for chosen objectives and support robust capacity and capability planning.

Founding Full Stack Software Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing the founding codebase for our product’s backend, frontend, and everything in between. As a lean team, you will be a key contributor to the first iteration of Vantive’s technology for our initial customers. Understanding of supply chain analytics and industrial base planning technologies is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and develop/shape the founding code base.
• Collaborate with the team architecting, coding, and optimizing our backend services, cloud infrastructure, platform integrations, frontend product experiences, and platform Admin management suite.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services to enable seamless integration with various applications and third-party platforms.
• Ensure the security and scalability of backend systems, implementing best practices for data protection and access control.
• Build mobile-responsive consumer experiences, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across devices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion in full stack roles.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, Flowbite, or Tailwind.
• Expertise in back-end programming languages like Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc. and their relevant technologies.
