Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience designing, building, and maintaining web applications
  • Experience developing server-side using an object-oriented approach, building APIs, and working with a modern frontend framework
  • Experience with transactional databases (e.g., Postgres)
  • Javascript/Typescript
  • React
  • Experience with GCP (BigQuery, PubSub) is a plus
  • Willingness to work a hybrid onsite schedule in our San Francisco office

Responsibilities

  • Improve, extend, and tie together existing backend services to support internal facing applications
  • Rapidly prototype new tools and features that will make an immediate impact on the business
  • Contribute to a highly collaborative, feedback-driven, fast-paced engineering team
  • Develop broad ownership over internal applications, including setting coding patterns, best practices, and guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to plan and execute projects at rapid speed
