Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack solutions, working with both front-end and back-end technologies to deliver high-quality features and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to define technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products and platform enhancements
Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch monitoring
Develop and optimize both front-end and back-end systems using a diverse technology stack, including Java, .NET, React/React Native, and mobile development frameworks
Implement scalable and maintainable code that follows best practices in secure coding, testing, and performance optimization
Utilize Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) to design, implement, and deploy solutions that are scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient
Collaborate with engineering leaders to identify and implement software engineering best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security requirements
Lead by example in adopting agile practices, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster a collaborative environment
