Requirements

5+ years of frontend engineering experience
Experience with React, Redux, and Electron
Understanding of modern React practices and Javascript/NodeJS in general
In-person work in NYC (5 days in the office)
Ownership and attention to detail: responsible for end-to-end quality of complex features
Excellent understanding of code performance implications in production and confident with profiling tools
Result-driven: driven by metrics and performance of features, move fast and ship regularly
Comfort with A/B testing and measuring results with usage metrics
Passion for games and gaming communities, user of Discord and other gaming-adjacent products (experience on gaming-related projects is a plus)
Bonus: full-stack experience including Java, C#, and C++

Responsibilities

Build high-quality features in React on the Electron app for a platform scaling to 100+ million users
Iterate quickly on features and determine which ones stick
Work directly with leadership and the community to ship features regularly
Contribute alongside the product team in-person in NYC
