Requirements

5+ years of frontend engineering experience
Deep expertise in React + TypeScript
Experience building complex, data-dense, dependency-heavy UIs
Strong systems-thinking: component modeling, state management, performance patterns
Experience working hand-in-hand with designers through rapid iteration
A track record of shipping high-stakes or high-accuracy UIs
Ability to understand backend data flows (SQL knowledge a plus)

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end user experience of the Dealops platform
Build complex, dynamic product surfaces (pricing & quoting workspace, workflow builders and approval engines, deal review and recommendation UIs, configuration and admin surfaces, revenue optimization, dashboards, and forecasting interfaces)
Develop interactive, high-accuracy experiences (rich, stateful React + TypeScript applications, multi-step flows, dependency-heavy surfaces, and visual state machines, interfaces where correctness and failure-handling matter)
Create AI-driven interfaces (inline LLM suggestions, guided workflows and structured overrides, UI surfaces that integrate tightly with agentic behavior)
Own React/TS state management across complex flows
Build foundational component primitives and high-performance interaction patterns
Collaborate with backend teams to shape fast, correct APIs
Implement design system: translate robust design foundations into reusable FE components, build a prototyping engine that matches and extends Figma exploration
Partner closely with founding designer on UX, motion, and interaction design
