Requirements

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification, a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-time front-end development including at least 1 year as a Senior Front-End Engineer, and at least 2 years of experience developing UIs for global clientele. Strong professional communication skills in both written and spoken English are required, along with proficiency in front-end engineering fundamentals such as JavaScript & TypeScript, AngularJS, VueJS, ReactJS, HTML 5, CSS3, Figma, Jest, BrowserStack, and WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools.

Responsibilities

The Senior Front End Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining UI elements, ensuring the accessibility and performance of the UIs of our systems, and collaborating with a full stack engineering team to gain a deep understanding of our services and ecosystems. This role involves regular upgrades of our tech stack, mentoring and training junior engineers, contributing to their professional development, and fostering a collaborative, innovative team environment. Additionally, the engineer will drive the technical direction of projects and help shape the future of our engineering practices, as well as taking ownership of their work from development to completion and collaborating with international teams to enhance and improve our products.
