The base pay range is $130,000-185,000 depending on qualifications.

This is an on-site position with no remote work option.
Candidates need at least 10+ years of FPGA experience, extensive knowledge of digital circuit design, state machines, Boolean math and FPGAs, experience completing multiple FPGA or ASIC designs using Verilog and/or VHDL, test bench development with self-checking and simulation, knowledge of FPGA technologies like Xilinx vs Actel/Microsemi, development flows using Synplify Pro, ISE, Vivado and Libero, scripting with TCL or Python, and leading small teams.
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is desired, along with leadership skills, ability to provide technical direction to junior engineers, clear written and verbal communication skills, and US Citizenship.
