Requirements

  • Relevant experience in the Aviation Industry
  • A minimum of 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience
  • Worked on aircraft, preferably in the electrical wiring or instrumentation
  • Strong and applied knowledge of complex assembly and installation processes, such as build record documentation, quality systems, and manufacturing execution systems
  • Familiar with functional testing and non-conformity processes
  • Work well independently and in teams
  • Fluent with mechanical and electrical assembly procedures

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the flight test instrumentation on the aircraft is installed per engineering drawings, tested, maintained and operational
  • Take part in manufacturing and installation of aircraft instrumentation all across the aircraft (wiring, mechanical install etc.)
  • Support the integration, maintenance, operation, modification, and repair of the instrumentation on aircraft
  • Help support the fabrication and maintenance of the Data acquisition systems
