Requirements

CPA designation (or CFE with practical experience in progress)
Strong technical accounting skills across both analysis and day-to-day accounting
Practical experience applying IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI environments
Solid audit and assurance experience
Eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Lead month-end close activities, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Manage the financial close calendar and drive accurate, timely reporting
Perform variance, sensitivity, and trend analyses that support informed decision-making across the business
Support first-time IFRS adoption including analysis application of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 to complex revenue and lease arrangements
Oversee AP and AR operations with accuracy and efficiency, while assisting with treasury management
Support general ledger integrity and identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and financial data quality
Serve as a key contact for external auditors and support first-time IFRS audit requirements
Contribute to building an internal controls matrix and developing internal audit procedures
Strengthen financial compliance and risk mitigation across the organization, ensuring readiness as we scale
Contribute to strategic projects spanning process optimization, system enhancements, and implementation of automation and AI-driven tools within finance
