Required skills include experience with debug and bring-up of complex SoCs with high-speed interfaces like PCIe/802.3 Ethernet, strong problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of high-speed design blocks such as PLLs, CTLE, DFE, Tx EQ, and PAM4 signaling, strong Python scripting with object-oriented programming and git, and proficiency with high-speed lab equipment like BERT, Oscilloscope, and VNA.
