Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of board design and FPGA experience with relevant work experience
  • Proven experience with VHDL complex coding and simulation
  • Technical and engineering skills to perform analysis, simulation and verification of analog and digital signals
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience of signal and power integrity design
  • Hands-on, self-motivated with the ability to debug and fix bugs in lab
  • Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent communication of problems and solutions
  • Development in Intel/Altera Quartus System (advantage)
  • Experience with Cadence/OrCAD PCB design – Cadence Concept (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • High skilled board design and FPGA engineer, part of a hardware design team that develops Molecular Imaging Detectors
  • Design improvements based on requirements, reliability, performance and cost
  • Full ownership on a product development and manufacturing
  • Continuous support and improvement activities of legacy systems
  • Working with internal and cross-functional teams (in Israel and in USA)
  • Support manufacturing (PCB and Assembly)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
