Candidates need 8+ years of experience in developing software infrastructure for large-scale AI systems, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, strong debugging skills for AI applications from app to hardware level, proven track record in building scalable distributed systems, experience with AI training/inferencing and data infrastructure, familiarity with observability platforms like ELK/Prometheus/Loki, and proficiency in Python, C/C++, scripting languages.
