TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Ten (10) years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university (five (5) additional years of DBE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree)
Strategic thinker who can translate business needs into advanced data solutions
Skilled in both relational and object-oriented database design
Confident leading database development efforts across multiple environments
Experienced in balancing performance, scalability, and security in large-scale systems

Responsibilities

Leading database design, development, and implementation across multiple projects
Directing the creation of database parser and loading software
Designing and optimizing complex database structures that align with system architecture
Managing data flow, storage, retrieval, and analysis to support mission-critical operations
Directing the translation of requirements into database schemas using scripts, queries, and macros
Overseeing the development of cloud-based database systems using Open Database Connectivity
Guiding performance tuning, version control, and configuration management best practices
Evaluating and directing improvements to database processes, storage efficiency, and reliability
