Requirements

Completing or recently completed a Master's degree in data science or a related field such as computer science, statistics, or mathematics
Demonstrable experience working with real-world datasets
Proficiency in Python and its packages: NumPy, Pandas, Sci-kit Learn, PyTorch, and Matplotlib
Good understanding of various machine learning models and statistical techniques
Positive attitude and a good dose of natural curiosity, with a desire to ask questions and analyze data

Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of machine learning/deep learning to solve critical business problems and create AI products in a dynamic, fast-evolving work environment
Lead machine learning projects involving frequent and proactive collaboration with teams (product, marketing, engineering, etc.) with minimal supervision
Work with a rich database that will push creativity in engineering new models with direct business impact
Write concise and modular code that handles data cleaning, EDA, and statistical or machine learning modeling
Provide constructive feedback on team deliverables, workflows, and our technology stack to improve work quality
Contribute to building a data science community by sharing ideas on data science opportunities, presenting at sprint demos, and representing Mistplay at external conferences
