Requirements

Candidates should possess an MSc or MTech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree being considered with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong scripting skills in Python, particularly with the Pandas library, are required, along with proficiency in SQL, RDF, and Unix/Linux environments. Familiarity with Elasticsearch and data visualization tools is preferred, as is experience with cloud computing infrastructure, data versioning tools like Git and DVC, and orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data R&D Engineer will be responsible for text processing in multiple languages, extracting content from databases, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for data, writing web scrapers and spiders, and developing research tools. They will also conduct testing and monitoring of the team’s infrastructure, ensuring data purity and relevance for speech recognition and NLU models, and contributing to the organization and performance of data pipelines.
