Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Financial/Capital market, trading knowledge and/or degree in Finance or related fields
  • Well versed in Linux and has experience using JIRA
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Ownership, analytical and logical approach to solving issues
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills

Responsibilities

  • Conducting analysis of existing data flows used by NTS application
  • Collaborate with other colleagues and a variety of global cross-functional teams to implement changes to data flows that address client issues and ensure quality service through incident management, accountability, and professional communication
  • Prioritize and manage all reported stock exchange/trading activity data issues via an internal ticketing system (JIRA)
  • Investigate and resolve reported data issues using Linux and other server/data management tools
  • Coordinate with global teams to schedule releases and implement various bug fixes
  • Work on continual service improvement to reduce the number of reported issues and improve client experience
