Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Clinical Team Manager will manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP. They will develop clinical tools, contribute to the Master Action Plan, and ensure the timely setup and quality of the Trial Master File. The role involves collaborating with the project manager to prepare for client meetings and ensuring clinical deliverables meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost, while maintaining project profitability through efficient team management.
