Requirements

  • Experience of investment grade and/or high yield debt capital markets from a buy side asset manager, sell side investment bank or rating agency
  • TMT sector expertise preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of and experience in distressed investment processes desirable
  • Ability to deliver high conviction investment opinions that contribute to superior, risk adjusted results
  • Experienced in developing and building relevant modelling tools
  • Based in London (contractual location; other locations cannot be considered)
  • Must be 'fit and proper' and competent under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), including regulatory background checks

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth critical analysis within the global TMT sector
  • Support portfolio construction decisions across both investment grade and high yield credit markets
  • Use judgment and experience to generate trade recommendations across relevant portfolios
  • Work collaboratively with research colleagues across AI, fund managers and other AI research and strategy teams to formulate and underpin security selection recommendations
  • Take responsibility for company analysis and trade recommendations within the global TMT space across both investment grade and high yield markets
