Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and demonstrate a strong understanding of information security best practices, security knowledge, and the ability to assess and communicate risk and controls. Experience with NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Compliance Analyst will work with internal stakeholder engineering teams to document security compliance control implementations, collect and document technical architecture and operational processes, assist with gap analysis of existing policies, perform risk assessments of technology infrastructure, build and maintain the controls matrix, assist in establishing rules for risk analyses, develop information security training and awareness programs, and perform vendor security assessments.
