A burning passion for video games and social media, coupled with a strong understanding of various social media platforms, is also required.
The Senior Community Manager will review and respond promptly to community interactions on social media platforms, creating engaging content to captivate the gaming community and forwarding player feedback and issues to developers for continuous improvements. They will also maintain discussions and comments in line with community guidelines, ensuring a positive and respectful environment, and proactively suggesting new initiatives to grow and nurture the gaming community while creating comprehensive reports and providing valuable insights to support community growth.
