Requirements

Candidates should possess expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX functionality in the Manufacturing / Distribution industries, with over 15 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and general business consulting or equivalent experience working for a manufacturing company. Strong process documentation, analysis capabilities, and a solid understanding of ERP/CRM system design and dependencies are required, along with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

The Transformation Architect will facilitate alignment of customer executive team vision and objectives, coach executives on project objectives and KPIs, and define success metrics. Responsibilities include building change management frameworks, examining business process flows, identifying requirements and user stories, developing systems roadmaps and architecture with integration strategies, and collaborating with teams to identify AI opportunities. The role also involves conducting executive sessions, defining current and future state processes, linking requirements to D365 functionality, building consensus on solution direction, presenting deliverables, and training team members.
