Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in building and improving enterprise-class systems through the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML frameworks
Experience with MS SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, Azure, AWS
Agile software development experience (Jira, Confluence)
Logical problem solver, results-oriented, with excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
Independent and motivated individual requiring little supervision and demonstrating good judgment and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication and conscientious listening skills, with the ability to lead teams and influence others
Experience with continuous capability improvement implementations

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Business users to transform business requirements into system-based solutions
Identify challenges, opportunities, and gaps in business processes and help build technology strategy and roadmap
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI and ML algorithm pipelines and workflows for Manufacturing systems
Analyze, improve, and maintain Client-Server architecture, SAAS solutions, etc
Collaborate with developers, quality assurance, operations, and business teams in multi-functional projects
Work cross-department, cross-project, and globally to collect requirements, build project plans, obtain approvals, and deliver Engineering solutions
Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with stakeholders
