Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in building and improving enterprise-class systems through the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML frameworks
  • Experience with MS SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, Azure, AWS
  • Agile software development experience (Jira, Confluence)
  • Logical problem solver, results-oriented, with excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
  • Independent and motivated individual requiring little supervision and demonstrating good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and conscientious listening skills, with the ability to lead teams and influence others
  • Experience with continuous capability improvement implementations

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business users to transform business requirements into system-based solutions
  • Identify challenges, opportunities, and gaps in business processes and help build technology strategy and roadmap
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI and ML algorithm pipelines and workflows for Manufacturing systems
  • Analyze, improve, and maintain Client-Server architecture, SAAS solutions, etc
  • Collaborate with developers, quality assurance, operations, and business teams in multi-functional projects
  • Work cross-department, cross-project, and globally to collect requirements, build project plans, obtain approvals, and deliver Engineering solutions
  • Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with stakeholders
