Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Statistics and have at least 3 years of experience in Biostatistics. Proficiency in SAS programming is required, with basic to good R programming skills. A broad range of statistical methodology skills and knowledge of ICH E9 Statistical Principles for Clinical Trials are essential. Strong English language skills, MS Office Suite proficiency, and a professional, trustworthy, and quality-focused attitude are also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Senior Biostatistician will execute assigned tasks within established timelines and quality standards, supervise other biostatisticians, and prepare Statistical Analysis Plans. They will write the statistical methodology and results sections of reports, provide statistical input for protocol and case report form design and review, and train staff and clients on statistical methodology. Responsibilities include writing and reviewing statistical parts of scientific articles, creating SAS and/or R programs for dataset validation, participating in DMC/DSMB meetings, and managing technical communications with clients.
