Responsibilities

The Senior Biostatistician will lead the statistical strategy design and take ownership of statistical strategy and analysis for clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas and phases. They will create and implement statistical Standard Operating Procedures and collaborate closely with sponsors and the Clinical Operations teams to ensure tailored solutions. The role includes leading statistical programming efforts for complex clinical trials, ensuring high-quality analysis and reporting. Additionally, the Senior Biostatistician will serve as an internal Subject Matter Expert for statistical methodologies, trial design, and data management, providing guidance to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. They will also be responsible for line managing and mentoring junior team members and helping to develop internal processes and best practices to ensure high-quality results.
