Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead Statistical Strategy Design:
    • Take primary responsibility for the statistical strategy and analysis plans for clinical trials.
    • Develop and implement statistical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver customized statistical solutions.
  • Advanced Statistical Programming and Analysis:
    • Spearhead statistical programming activities for complex clinical trials.
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality statistical analyses and reports.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on statistical methodologies, clinical trial design, and data management practices.
    • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Data Management, and external partners.
  • Line Management and Mentorship:
    • Undertake line management responsibilities and/or mentor junior biostatisticians.
    • Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices.
