Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in backend development, with at least 3-4 years in senior positions, specifically developing large-scale applications and distributed web applications. Responsibilities

This role involves mentoring other engineers on best practices, effectively sharing knowledge, and communicating development progress to stakeholders. The engineer will also be responsible for introducing new technologies, working effectively within a global team, and providing constructive feedback to colleagues.
