Requirements

5+ years of experience in automation development, with a focus on RPA solutions
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Strong programming skills in languages like C#, Python, or VB.NET
Experience with integrating RPA solutions with existing enterprise systems
Understanding of business process mapping and workflow design

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand process workflows
Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
