Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience creating digital content for social media
  • At least 2 years experience writing scripts, shooting video, editing, photography, motion design, and graphic design for social media
  • At least 2 years experience with GSuite such as GMail, Sheets, Slides or Docs
  • Candidates must submit work samples/demo reel with their application
  • (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree
  • (Preferred) 3+ years of experience delivering and executing social media campaigns
  • (Preferred) 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following creative or marketing areas: B2B, Experiential, Performance, or Direct Response Marketing
  • (Preferred) Experience in the financial services industry

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot and edit short-form video content for our digital channels, primarily www and social platforms
  • Develop and present custom concepts inspired by current trends and storytelling devices
  • Step in as on-camera talent when needed
  • Create marketing content that cuts through the noise
  • Monitor ongoing social and cultural conversations and trends unique to each platform, and identify topics that our target audience engages with to implement real-time opportunities
  • Understand the importance of integrated thinking across channels, products and audiences
  • Collaborate with designers, motion designers, art directors, writers, creative directors, brand and marketing strategists, members of production— to explore social campaign opportunities, extensions, and produce them
  • Work with your partners to provide project coordination and production support for internal teams and lines of business
  • Edit short and long-form videos that support learning and development
  • Provide direction during productions to the talent and producer/stakeholders
  • Participate in the pre-production, production and post-production process of video content creation with the lead producer and stakeholders
  • Set up, test, and operate video equipment
  • Work autonomously on numerous projects happening at the same time
  • Deliver error-free work, using best practices with keen attention to detail
  • Listen to and incorporate feedback
