A strong candidate will have an MS in a relevant field, 3+ years in NLP/ML with LLM focus, Python proficiency, experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow, large-scale data processing, and hands-on LLM training including fine-tuning and RLHF.
