Have shipped (lots of) Android and iOS code (Kotlin, Swift) in production
Excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target
Worked in both large enterprises and startups
Have strong coding abilities and are comfortable working across the stack
Able to read and understand, and even fix issues outside of the main code base
Have experience bootstrapping new projects
Have built and deployed extremely performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users

Responsibilities

Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement interface elements
Sometimes re-invent the wheel due to security and privacy requirements, without using the most popular libraries or tooling
Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques
Research new technologies and best practices
