Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of demonstrated programming experience in Python and SQL, along with a formal and rigorous software engineering practice. They should also be familiar with the tools in PartnerStack’s tech stack, including PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, Segment, Apache Airflow, Looker, Pendo, and Python. A strong analytical and business-outcome mindset, experience leading cross-functional stakeholders, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment are essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analytics Engineer will define and evolve PartnerStack’s analytics engineering standards, build tools and infrastructure to democratize data access, lead data projects from ingestion to reporting, adopt software engineering best practices, support enablement efforts through documentation and training, and help shape the data model at PartnerStack to advance the company’s analytics strategy.
