Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles, strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and expertise in machine learning methodologies including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning. They should also have experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques, along with knowledge of cloud-based machine learning services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies, and understanding of MLOps practices.
The Senior AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing and building scalable AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn, implementing robust data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting experiments to validate model effectiveness, overseeing model deployment and monitoring, mentoring junior engineers, and staying current with advancements in AI/ML. They will also be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from data wrangling to model deployment, embodying the principles of MLOps to ensure smooth and scalable implementations.
