The position is based at Global Atlantic’s Boston office, which is the preferred location, though candidates from the Des Moines office may also be considered.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields, near ASA status with 2+ years of experience in the life/annuity insurance industry, and strong communication, problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills. Direct experience with MG-ALFA or other actuarial modeling software is preferred.
The role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment on the Actuarial Modeling team.
