Responsibilities

Patrol the property, monitor surveillance systems (CCTV), inspect buildings and access points, and control site entry to safeguard personnel, property, and sensitive data
Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies in accordance with Galaxy’s protocols; coordinate with local emergency services as necessary and lead on-scene response efforts when required
Maintain accurate daily activity logs, generate detailed incident reports, and oversee report submissions from other security personnel to ensure consistency and quality in all documentation
Conduct regular inspections of the facility, both interior and perimeter, to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities; escalate issues and recommend solutions to senior management as appropriate
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures; conduct shift briefings, assign duties, and monitor team performance
Provide training and onboarding support to new security staff; promote continuous learning by encouraging adherence to best practices in safety, emergency response, and customer service
