Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Experience in Identity & Access Management, with focus on Azure AD / Entra ID
Hands-on development experience with Graph API, PowerShell, REST API integrations
Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, Identity Protection, MFA, and SSO
Proven experience in implementing enterprise identity solutions at scale
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle escalations independently
15 years full-time education
Desired certification: SC-300, AZ-104, or Microsoft Identity Architect certifications

Responsibilities

Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals
Document the implementation of cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations
Lead the design, development, and rollout of Entra ID (Azure AD) enhancements
Build and implement Conditional Access policies, phish-resistant MFA, and risk-based controls
Develop automation for certificate renewals, secrets rotation, and SSO onboarding
Create custom integrations using Graph API, PowerShell, and automation frameworks
Collaborate with client teams on identity governance, risk mitigation, and security architecture
Drive knowledge sharing, runbooks, and mentoring for the operations team
