Requirements

Solid understanding of scrum and other agile frameworks to deliver business value
Ability to articulate the value and dynamics of scrum and agile practices
Experience facilitating standard agile meetings (backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, iteration reviews, daily stand-ups)
Capability to engage with business entities to remove obstacles and negotiate working agreements
Skills to assist product owners in articulating, prioritizing, and detailing work requests
Ability to identify blocked or stalled stories and assist in resolution
Experience providing training on agile processes to new team members
Knowledge to ensure scrum framework aligns with corporate standards
Commitment to continuous process improvement through feedback loops, coaching, and retrospectives
Exercise of independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

Facilitate standard agile meetings including backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, iteration reviews, and daily stand-ups
Engage with business entities to remove obstacles and negotiate working agreements for teams
Contribute to the agile community within and outside Comcast to improve team performance
Assist product owners to ensure work requests are properly articulated, prioritized, and detailed
Identify blocked or stalled stories and assist the team in resolving issues
Provide training to new team members on agile processes
Ensure scrum framework is utilized consistently with corporate standards
Drive continuous process improvement through feedback loops, coaching, retrospectives, and individual development
Understand and apply Operating Principles; own customer experience; be enthusiastic about technology/products; win as a team; participate in Net Promoter System; drive results and growth; support inclusion; do what's right for stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned
