Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with biochemical techniques including Bioconjugation, Protein Purification, Particle Coating, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, and HPLC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presenting results
  • Skilled in completing records such as manufacturing batch documents, lab reports, and quality documentation
  • Prior experience working in a scientific or lab-based role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques
  • Awareness of manufacturing costs and how to manage them
  • Familiarity with Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) and Change Control processes
  • Ability to use Root Cause Analysis tools like A3 and DMAIC
  • Knowledge of Risk Assessment, Risk Management, and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  • Understanding of Process Validation principles and ability to carry them out

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture biologics in a cGMP-compliant environment following defined processes
  • Ensure on-time delivery by collaborating with colleagues and adhering to production schedules
  • Partner with QA and Technical Operations to analyze trends, improve process robustness, and enhance consistency
  • Maintain accurate documentation and perform ERP transactions for inventory and work orders
  • Plan and manage your workload while building technical expertise in biologics
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and conduct experiments for process improvements
  • Stay informed on industry developments and demonstrate a growth mindset
  • Support additional responsibilities (e.g., Health & Safety, Fire Marshal) and comply with all corporate policies
