A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field is required, along with 6+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in FDA-regulated products.
Proficiency in analytical testing techniques such as fluorescence-based assays, Next Gen Sequencing, qPCR, HPIC, HPLC, and LC-MS is required, along with experience in method and process validation, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
This is a full-time standard Monday-Friday schedule in a laboratory setting, requiring ability to lift 40 lbs., adherence to GMP safety standards, PPE, and working with hazardous materials.
Strong candidates will have 6+ years of industry experience in FDA-regulated environments, proficiency in experimental design, process validation, analytical techniques like HPLC and qPCR, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor operators.
