High school diploma or GED
Experience in office setting preferred
Successful completion of background check (criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, fingerprint check)
Completion of New Hire Orientation
Completion of all training requirements (including Relias initially and annually)
Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
Proficient in reading and interpreting documents (safety rules, operating manuals, procedure guides)
Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence
Skilled in verbal communication, addressing groups (residents, employees, family, community)
Strong mathematical abilities (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
Common-sense understanding to apply written, oral, or diagram instructions
Adept at problem-solving with concrete variables in standardized situations
Ability to establish effective relationships via telephone and in-person
Able to follow direction and accept supervision
Physical ability for sedentary work (exerting up to 10 lbs occasionally, repetitive hand/finger/arm movements, mostly sitting with occasional walking/standing)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Responsibilities

Build and maintain schedules for designated programs and service lines in electronic health records
Review assigned providers’ schedules for errors and coordinate with Client Contact Services to rectify issues
Assist with caseload management and maintenance as required
Coordinate program-specific appointments for clients
Collaborate with clinical teams on caseload management, schedule utilization, client attendance policy adherence, and discharge protocols
Communicate with Client Contact Services staff to fill available appointment times
Generate reports for designated department to coordinate system-wide appointments
Attend all required meetings
Address management needs (data collection, program evaluation, schedule maintenance, EHR updates)
Perform additional duties as assigned
Oversee provider schedules to optimize client experience, minimize errors, enhance productivity, and boost satisfaction
