Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in SAP transformation sales
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (additional Master’s degree is an added advantage)
  • Prior delivery experience in delivery of large-scale SAP programs or operations engagements is a plus
  • Proven success in large deal origination and closure, with an understanding of how to position value in complex SAP landscapes
  • Strong executive presence, influencing skills, and a genuine drive to make things happen
  • Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite clients
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with executive stakeholders to guide them through End-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations and operations deals
  • Design differentiated SAP solutions in collaboration with SAP, customers, and Accenture leadership to address complex business needs, focusing on End-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations and Large SAP Run & Operations engagements
  • Drive deal strategy and leverage SAP innovation (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP, embedded AI) through compelling executive storytelling
  • Lead sales for managed services, AMS, and captive set-ups with measurable business impact
