Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development on S/4HANA
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or other ETL languages
- Solid understanding of relational database systems and familiarity with Big Data concepts and S/4HANA database architecture
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) — full training will be provided
- Experience working in global or distributed teams across multiple time zones
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ABAP solutions in both R/3 and S/4HANA environments (including CDS Views, AMDPs, etc.)
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum team to design, develop, and deliver new features
- Analyze tax-related business requirements and propose robust technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with P&G’s technical standards and security/compliance policies
- Communicate effectively with Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to ensure alignment and transparency
- Manage SAP Incident processes, including risk and impact assessments for OSS notes and SAP-provided solutions
- Lead the Scrum team as the primary software engineer, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with the product backlog and clearly articulating their business value
