- 13 to 15 years of experience in SAP development and leadership roles
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with business leads and outsourced managed services partners
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA 2021 and higher
- Proficient in ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA development
- Strong understanding and practical experience with SDLC, SCRUM, Confluence, JIRA, CPGRC, ServiceNow, Eclipse, and BAS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leads and outsourced managed services partners to prioritize and deliver business objectives on the SAP platform
- Lead the development and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
- Manage and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies, including SCRUM
- Utilize tools such as Confluence, JIRA, CPGRC, ServiceNow, Eclipse, and BAS to support project management and development activities
- Develop and maintain custom code using ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA within the SAP S/4HANA 2021 or higher environment
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Ensure the quality and performance of SAP solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation
