  • Salesforce Voice development experience (required for external candidates)
  • Experience with additional technologies: AutoRabit, GIT, ServiceNow
  • Understanding of software deployment and life cycle and code management best practices
  • Understanding of AWS Connect and TCOM functionalities (preferred)
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
  • Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design
  • Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks

Responsibilities

  • Support the Salesforce CRM Deployment team within the Application Division in IT
  • Partner with peers to deliver Salesforce Voice Cloud and Agentforce 360 globally
  • Close interactions with business analysts for requirement building
  • Participate in developing, coding and testing computer programs for relatively straightforward or small projects
  • Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development
  • Provide detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs
  • Contribute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs
