Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science/Engineering or related field
  • 3 - 6 years of sales experience or clinical/marketing experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry, including distributor/channel management
  • Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean & English languages
  • Computer and MS Office proficient
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement strategic Business Plans encapsulating key sales strategies and objectives
  • Use selling skills, product knowledge and clinical knowledge to convince health care professionals (HCP)
  • Technical support in clinic for HCP and patients
  • Education and training of HCPs and patients
  • Technical troubleshooting of medical devices and patient support
  • Managing and driving existing customer base to upgrade technology
  • Practice good territory management in terms of organization, administration and expense planning and control
  • Work closely with channel partners to ensure the field messages of our products and services are in alignment with corporate directions and effectively conveyed to end users
  • To practice professional and effective territory management in terms of organisation, administration, inventory management, coordination of clinical support and expense planning and control
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
