Responsibilities

Understands department activity requirements and follows SOPs, WI, site, and regional requirements
Responsible for accurate execution of transactions related to area of assignment to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained at the site
Actively participates or leads inventory-related projects at the site to suggest initiatives to improve inventory controls, reporting, and objectives
Uses system knowledge to report material availability problems, understanding the correlation between multiple inventory systems
Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods)
Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records
Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct
Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements
Ensures daily store operations adhere to company policies and operating standards
