Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate execution of transactions related to area of assignment to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained at the site
  • Actively participates or leads inventory-related projects at the site to suggest initiatives to improve inventory controls, reporting, and objectives
  • Uses system knowledge to report material availability problems, understanding the correlation between multiple inventory systems
  • Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods)
  • Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records
  • Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct
  • Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements
  • Ensures daily store operations adhere to company policies and operating standards
