Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Mandarin (required for developing Chinese content library and seller communication)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Seller Success Operations Manager in coordinating communications between internal functional teams (quality, logistics, finance, legal, etc.) and business teams
  • Lead seller education webinars and develop Chinese content library
  • Study sellers’ feedback on after-sales cases
  • Analyze feedback and guide sellers to follow processes efficiently
  • Make escalations when needed (Seller Support Center, Care, Logistics, etc.)
  • Gather seller feedback in a systematic way and validate by probing internal data
  • Identify common frictions and turn them into actionable insights
  • Regularly study competitors’ after-sales management flows through online research and maintain close communication with Account Managers and the seller community
  • Support the Seller Success Operations Manager to monitor logistics performance and maintain highly effective communication with fulfillment partners
  • Support operations of monthly seller discount scheme
  • Support inventory agreements
  • Support technical maintenance and logistics incident escalations
