Candidates must possess at least 5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, preferably with cross-border or pan-European exposure. A deep understanding of European business cultures, procurement cycles, and cross-jurisdictional deal structuring is essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Dutch) is required. A proven track record of building new market motions or scaling sales from scratch, strong data orientation, and executive presence for C-level conversations are also necessary.
The Sales Manager will develop and execute a 0-to-1 go-to-market plan in EMEA, managing pipeline, segmentation, forecasting, hiring, and segment prioritization. They will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to refine strategy, serving as the critical regional voice to shape the GTM playbook by identifying patterns, building repeatable processes, and tailoring content for local markets. The role involves engaging directly in deals to model motion and coach AEs, and facilitating fast feedback loops to ensure Product hears from European customers.
