The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for building and managing a lead development pipeline through both inbound and outbound processes, conducting outbound phone calls and email outreach to potential customers, qualifying sales leads based on defined criteria, providing research on targeted accounts, and delivering superior customer service relationships to prospects. They will also proactively learn about Hiya products, competitive products, and market knowledge, updating lead status in the CRM application, and providing weekly activity reports to management.
